Sustainability at OX2
- Sustainability at OX2
OX2 supports recognized global human rights and fair working conditions for those working at OX2 sites and construction sites or in the supply chain. We have zero tolerance for child labour, forced labour and
human trafficking. Human rights are part of OX2’s Code of Conduct and Supplier Code of Conduct. Reported nonconformities may have consequences such as penalties and termination of contracts.
In all operations that involve long supply chains, there are risks of corruption, substandard working conditions, human rights violations or other fraudulent behaviour. To obtain sustainable procurment, we use a number of tools to identify and minimise risks related to supply chain. Our Code of Conduct for suppliers supports recognized global guidelines. One risk that has been identified in the procurement of solar modules is human rights violations in China, where the majority of suppliers are established.
